Free for workers
In 60 seconds
Three steps. The worker stays in control of every one.
Upload credentials. Log operations as they happen. Record service history with the sites, vessels, and platforms you've worked. It builds with you, not after the fact.
Send a time-limited, encrypted link. Choose what's included. Set how long it stays live. Revoke any time, for any reason.
Companies see the operational detail, not just a resume. Hours, equipment, task complexity. Real proof of capability, with worker consent built in.
The problem
Across offshore, construction, mining, and other high-compliance industries, critical operational detail lives in paper logbooks, supervisor notebooks, and site-based records. When it's time to apply for work, all of that depth gets reduced to a job title and a date range on a resume.
HR teams aren't failing. They simply have no way to see the detail. Equipment hours, task complexity, maintenance exposure, operational context. It's all invisible.
Paper logbooks vanish
Thousands of operational hours lost to filing cabinets, expired hard drives, and old emails.
Capability stays hidden
Recruiters can't verify DP class hours, crane SWL experience, or task complexity.
Mobilisation drags
Companies chase documents by email and track expiry dates in spreadsheets.
Workers undervalued
Highly skilled people routinely under-recognised because their capability can't be proven.
Features
A unified platform that captures what you've actually done, not just where you've been employed.
Certificates, licences, endorsements, medicals, and IDs. All in one place. Automatic expiry tracking with 90-day warnings. Upload documents with tamper-detection hashing. No more scattered files across email, Dropbox, and desk drawers.
Industry-specific logbooks that capture the detail that matters. DP operations with class and watch hours. Crane operations with SWL and load data. Site diaries with weather and workforce counts. Each log type has fields designed for real industry use.
Every vessel, site, platform, and role. Recorded with employer, duties, operating area, and reference contacts. Linked to your logs and credentials for a connected picture of your career that no resume can provide.
Share your data through time-limited, encrypted links. Choose exactly what to include: profile, credentials, service records, or logs. Track who viewed your data and revoke access at any time. You stay in control.
Generate professional resumes directly from your Workrwallet data. Three formats: standard, detailed, and executive. Always up to date because they're built from live data, not a static document you forget to update.
Companies request worker data by email, view shared credentials, and track compliance across their workforce in real time. See expiring credentials before they become a problem. Mobilise faster with verified data ready when you need it.
How it works
Workers capture and own their record. Organisations request access. The worker always decides.
Everything you've done. Organised, secure, ready to share.
Free, forever
Workers never pay. Your wallet, your data.
Built for recruiters, employers, and community services with worker consent built in.
Per-worker pricing
Pay only for the workforce you're tracking.
In practice
How Workrwallet works for the people who use it every day.
Dave gets a mobilisation call on Sunday night. By Monday morning he's sent ACME a wallet link with his STCW, his medical, his watchkeeping certificate, and 1,800 hours of DP2 watch logs. ACME's compliance officer sees verified hours, not a resume claim. Dave is on the helideck Wednesday.
Sarah needs a full crew with current STCW, GWO, and offshore medicals for a North Sea project. She bulk-emails 24 candidates from Workrwallet. Twelve respond within 48 hours with shared wallets. She filters by certificate expiry, picks her crew, and exports compliance evidence for the client all in one afternoon.
After 6 years with one operator, Tom moves to a new contractor. His entire service history, every certificate, every logged operation moves with him in seconds. No re-uploading, no chasing his old payroll team for letters of reference. The wallet is his.
Log types
From maritime DP operations to electrical works to general site diaries. Workrwallet ships with pre-built log types, credential categories, and site types covering the industries that matter to you.
More log types coming soon. Companies can add custom types for their specific needs.
Security and privacy
Your career data is sensitive. We treat it that way.
Your data is never owned by a company. You decide who sees it and for how long.
Every uploaded document is hashed for tamper detection. Verify integrity at any time.
Unique tokens, auto-expiring links, view tracking. Revoke access with one click.
Companies can only view data workers have explicitly chosen to share.
Common questions
You do. Always. Workrwallet stores your credentials, logs, and service history on your behalf, but the data is yours. You decide who sees it, how much they see, and how long their access lasts. If you delete your wallet, your data goes with it.
No. Companies can only see what you've explicitly shared, and only for as long as the share is active. You can revoke access with one click. They never get a permanent copy unless you give them one.
Today, Workrwallet stores documents with tamper-detection hashing so any change to an uploaded file is detectable. We're working on AI-assisted credibility checks (does this look like a real STCW? Is the expiry valid?) and direct API verification with major issuing bodies. For now, recipient companies see the document plus the audit trail.
Nothing changes. Your wallet is yours. It travels with you, employer to employer, contract to contract. Old shares can be revoked. New ones can be created. You don't rebuild your record every time you change jobs.
No. We launched with offshore and marine because that's where the operational evidence problem is most acute, but Workrwallet works for any high-compliance industry: construction, mining, lifting and rigging, welding, transport, healthcare. The log types and credential categories are configurable per industry.
Workers always use Workrwallet for free. Organisations pay a per-worker fee for the company portal: requesting credentials, tracking compliance, running their workforce. The worker side will always be free, with no ads, no upsells, no data sales.
